Notary on the Go is a mobile service so our location is wherever the client is — home, office, health facility, coffee shop …. We travel to YOU.
How does the process work?
Select Your Document. The type of document you need notarized, number of signers, witnesses, etc. Please be as detailed as possible. Select your appointment. Choose an open appointment slot to complete your notarization, loan closing, Apostille, etc. Submit a your deposit. Secure your spot with a $15 refundable deposit to hold your appointment. Arrive to your appointment. At the appointment, ID’s are checked, the document is reviewed, the notarization is complete, and (for Apostilles) the document is taken for processing.

What happens to my deposit after I schedule an appointment?
Once you have chosen your service type, date and time available, you will be able to make a $15 deposit to hold your appointment time. This amount will be credited against the final invoice for the service that you choose.
What will I need to have available for the appointment?
You will need a valid photo ID (state or government issued), could be a license, passport, etc., and the document(s) that you would like to have notarized. If you would like the documents printed for you, please notate that when making your appointment so I can print the document(s) and bring them to the appointment.
How will I know when my appointment is confirmed?
Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be contacted with any follow-up questions prior to your appointment.
